70ème anniversaire de la libération de Saint-Brieuc

Il y a 70 ans, les hommes de la 3ème armée du Général Patton entraient le 6 août 1944 dans Saint-Brieuc et libéraient les Briochins de l'occupation allemande.

A l'occasion de cet anniversaire, un convoi de 35 à 40 véhicules militaires anciens a repris le parcours que les hommes de la 3ème armée ont réalisé pour libérer la Bretagne. Il est arrivé ce mercredi 6 août par la rue de Gouédic.

Ensuite, les véhicules et leurs conducteurs ont participé à la cérémonie commémorative organisée au Monument aux Morts.

70th anniversary of the liberation of Saint-Brieuc

He is 70 years old, the men of the 3rd Army of General Patton entered August 6, 1944 in Saint-Brieuc and the Briochins liberated from German occupation.

To mark this anniversary, a convoy of 35 to 40 former military vehicles took over the route that the men of the 3rd Army conducted to liberate Britain. It arrived this Wednesday, August 6 by Street Gouédic.

Then the vehicles and their drivers participated in the commemorative ceremony at the War Memorial.
